Join us at our iconic mountain-top venue, The Summit for an epic evening of whisky tasting matched to a 3 course meal. Whisky Wars pits 4 of Tasmania’s finest whiskies against 4 top Irish whiskies in a blind tasting event. Located at 1,100m above sea level, The Summit venue is the highest elevation restaurant in Tasmania, and offers incredible views across the South West Wilderness. 

What's included; 

- transport to / from Summit Building, (From Maydena Bike Park).

- 3 course meal, (Charcuterie tasting platter, Main Course, Dessert).

- tasting of 8 whiskies.

Schedule;

- 5.00PM          |      Depart from Maydena Bike Park.

- 6.00PM          |      Food & Drinks commence.

                         |      Tasting 8 Whiskeys over the night between meals.

- 8.30/9.00PM  |      Departure from Summit
